Where are you staying, Nick? Undecided at the moment, but there is a slummy Motel 6 in Lombard that is within shouting distance of Draft Central that I've used previously and will likely be used again unless Travelocity comes up big when I go hunting this weekend. I'll be sporting rented wheels, a laptop, and Google Maps so I could make a voyage to most anywhere others with more pressing obligations might find more convenient. As an added incentive I'd help you out with draft prep, David, if that meant I got a peek at the contents of The Binders. TM |

Thanks for all the responses. I forgot all about the fact that Tout Wars is a one-year league. Honestly, why do people even play in those boring leagues any more?
I'd put up anybody in the CFCL against so-called experts. I love the level of competition in this league.
As for the night before the draft, I'll be hunkered down in the Kenndoza League war room, hopefully watching the Wichita State Shockers in the Final Four, and trying to get a good night's sleep. I doubt I will even see daylight that day...

As for the night before the draft, I'll be hunkered down in the Kenndoza League war room, hopefully watching the Wichita State Shockers in the Final Four I think you should watch a whole lot of non-baseball television between now and April 2. In fact, I encourage it strongly. You don't want to clutter up the mental landscape with lots of useless facts. |

To update:
Not a whole lot of interest generated in a meetup tonight—which is understandable for all you procrastinators! At any event. I'll be holed up in the Motel 6 at 10 W Roosevelt Road if you want to come looking for me. The only thing to do now is drive up to deliver your draft day doom.
