Just wanted to make my first post and say HELLO!

Thanks for the invite to the league.......I plan on making the most of it and challenging for many many CFCL championships.

Thanks again and I look forward to meeting all of you.

Am I allowed to bring a laptop to the draft or is this strictly a paper/pencil crowd ;D

You're welcome to bring a laptop, but the outlet situation in the Drafting Room is a bit screwed up. I would suggest, to be on the safeside, also bring an extension cord and power strip.

We haven't had problems in the past with multiple computers in large part because owners brought extra cords and such.

Be prepared and pre-cache all your web materials. There is always a definite lack of wireless in addition to the gentlemen's rule about not connecting to the 'net since not everyone has 733t haX0r 5k1llZ or laptops. In fact, I get withdrawl twitches because spending an entire day without an uplink is pushing my limits.

Understand the gentlemen's rule about not connecting to the net.....chances are the laptop I'll be using would crash if I attempted it anyway.....Hope it can just handle my spreadsheet without too much trouble.......from the audio clip I heard from the former owner of this franchise it seems as if I'll have plenty of time to reboot before it gets back around to me )

I have been in this league for six years and I haven't met a gentlemen yet. Of course, I haven't met the Professor, so I will afford him the slightest benefit of doubt.
