Sammy is getting ready to retire and "await election to the Hall of Fame".
Does he deserve to get in? He's sixth all-time in homers and the only player to have three 60+ homerun seasons.
Or should he be shut out? He strangely ballooned up physically; was caught using a corked bat and amazingly couldn't speak English when testifying before Congress.
