No baseball connection here at all, but this is something I picked up from the Commentary track on the Season Premiere episode of West Wing's second season:
What former Chicago Bear had a recurring (unfeatured) role as a Secret Service agent on "The West Wing?"

Man, I can't believe I didn't notice a former Bear as a Secret Service agent.
Now I'll have to pay extra close attention to the reruns on Bravo. Until I see a 2nd year episode, I will hazard a guess.
Otis Wilson

Nuggets!! I should have gone with my gut instinct. I won't post the answer so that others can post their guesses, but Otis Wilson isn't correct. The former Bear that was on West Wing popped into my head originally (probably because of his physique) but I went with Wilson for his non-featured role as a guard in The Fugitive.
Just like we learned in school, always trust your first guess.

You'd never recognize him - at least not in the episode I saw ("In the Shadow of Two Gunmen, Part I"). All you pretty much see is his back as he's running out a door. I only knew it was him because the commentary pointed it out. He may get a bit more face time in subsequent episodes. Sounds like you've figured out who it is, though. David

From the guy who does not own a TV and is a Packers fan to boot: Willie "Fast Bricks" Gault
Of course, if I'm wrong I'm suing Google.

Willie Gault is correct.
According to IMDB, he's appeared in three episodes as a Secret Service agent:
"In the Shadow of Two Gunmen, Part 1" (Season 2) as "Agent Madison"
"Isaac and Ishmael" (Season 3) as "Agent #2"
"Evidence of Things Not Seen" (Season 4) as "Agent #3"
The fact that Willie's billing seems to be declining with each subsequent appearance (going from named to anonymous, then from #2 to #3) doesn't bode well for future gigs.
