Hi Guys!
I've decided that next year moving from my "wish" list to my "do it" list will be to subscribe to MLB.COM to be able to listen to all the games.
While that in itself would be cool, I was wondering who broadcasts the games? If I tune into the Cubs, do I get someone that MLB.COM employs? Or is it Pat and Ron?
Part of the allure is to be able to get the Harwells (I know he's retired, but you get the point) of the broadcast world.
Thanks for any feedback.

You get streams from the actual radio broadcast and can even pick which team's broadcast you want to hear. Thus, me being me, I can listen to Uecker do a Cubs/Brewers game and I get the best of all possible worlds. This isn't necessarily the case for Spring Training games though. That's more of a mixed bag.
As for the package itself, it beats a stick in the eye although not by much if you're not using Windows. Even when using their preferred platform don't expect a lot of support. They also limit the number of times one can log in over a certain period of time so if'n you're like me and listen from three or more computers in a given day it can be problematic. It's also problematic to get a spot at the trough for popular games like opening day or even the first or last few weeks of the season.
But, yes, I realize I am for the most part an edge case. You're likely to drop the money for the year subscription and be overjoyed at the product you receive. I've definitely spent more money on less and that is after discounting my personal experiences.

I get the whole beeswax! I subscribe to MLB Total Access. I can watch (as long as its out of market) or listen to any game Live. I can also watch any archived game from the past several seasons (don't do it becuase it is too painful). The radio is always excellent. You can listen to local broadcasts by the local teams crew or the road teams crew and even alternative lanuage presentations. I would recommend it highly.
