I go to MLB this morning to see just how bad my tandem of Suppan and Calero fared against the Cubs (all those runs I give them and they still lose

It turns out that my steady second ace, Carlos Zambrano has been pitching for the Devil Rays on the side. I'm all for doing extra side work, but I'd prefer my players keep it in the bullpen where the injury risk is less.
So I need your help in dealing with this situation. Do I suspend him? Dock his salary? Reprimand him? Some combination thereof? Fellow owners, I ask for your input.
