Austin Kearns - Broken Arm in a cast and out at least 6 weeks
Jason LaRue - Broken Finger and out indefinately
Ray Durham - Unspecified knee injury and out at least one month
John Patterson - Pulled Groin and out 3 to 4 weeks
David Krynzel - Broken Foot and out at least 8 weeks (OK so he is a minor leaguer, but you got to admit that this is wierd!)
Kerry Wood - 5 game suspension, but on appeal it will likely be lowered to 3 games
Randall Simon - Pulled Ham String and out at least 2 weeks (Placed on DL last Monday, just thought I would throw that in!)
In addition to these actual DL and suspension items, other items worth noting:
Ryan Freel - took a pitch to the helmet for the second consecutive day, each day leaving the game early. (Not on DL but how many shots to the head will it take to get him there?)
Tony Womack - Triceps Injury and now Day to Day after missing several games, might play April 30 vs. Chicago Cubs (Should have been on DL)
I have only been in first or second place since the season began. Do the STONES team togs have a target on their back?
How many times has anyone ever had 5 guys go on DL and another get suspended all on the within the same 48 hours?
