I can't believe no one will strap it on and make a bold move for a player or two. I promise that within the next week Carlos Lee, Carlos Delgado, Roy Oswalt and/or Pat Burrell and others will be playing for a contender.
Unfortunately, the Stones will not be the Champion this season, but I am pretty sure they will have a strong voice in who is.
I am looking to move the guys, not looking for teams to stroke me around with "what if" offers hoping to hold off my trade to another team until the very last second. Make your best offer and take a shot at the title. Its up to you, but it will also be up to me.
I am looking for major league ready players not deep minor leaguers. My preference is Hitters, not Pitchers. I am looking for D or M contracts at reasonable prices. I will consider a blockbuster dump trade for one very good everyday player for several players in return.
Not much time left. Hurray!

Several teams are interested, one or more will walk away a winner. I am planning on making one huge trade or several smaller ones in the next two days. I have two very close to final deals pending. There are many pieces on the Stones that can help. If you want in, now is the time. I definitely don't want to hear a "Jason" after I make a trade or two saying I would have given you more, if I had known what you were going to take.
Make you best offer today or tomorrow. No whining when the classic dump trades are completed and you waited.

One huge deal done, pending commissioner approval of course, but there are still Stones that can help a contending team. Shawn Green, Milton Bradley (who has been playing very well lately), Kevin Mench, Luis Ayala, Six Fingers himself, Wandy Rodriguez, Chris Sampson, Johnny Estrada, Wes Helms...
OK I admit I was running out of stream toward the end there, but the contract values are very reasonable for anyone pressing the salary cap.
