Good morning y'all,
This is one of those post-holiday closeouts. I'd like to throw out a few names to see what tickles your fancy. Here are some of the guys I'd be willing to move for the right price. And what might that price be? I'm glad you asked. Well, I would really like to add a cheap closer or a steady source of steals. Any other cheap regulars would be nice as well. Here are some guys who would look great on a contending team.
Mike Cameron (.23) OF NYM
Cliff Floyd (.17) OF NYM
Omar Vizquel (.12) SS SF
Jeff Bagwell (.26) 1B HOU (he should be back in early September)
Mark Prior (.27) P Cubs
Odalis Perez (.25) P LA
Derek Lowe (.11) P LA
Roberto Hernandez (.10) P NYM
As you can see, nobody here is rediculously overpriced so if you trade for a couple of them, you won't have to worry too much about going over the salary cap which will be going up by fiddy cents in about a week.
