It looks like Moneybags Beltran will definitely be a National Leaguer in 2005, which officially puts me on the hook for either keeping him at (ouch) .52 or a .26 Draft Day Budget penalty if I cut him.
Whatever I decide to do, I’m in salary trouble, so I’m fielding offers for my higher-priced stars, looking to get lower-cost players in return. I would also be willing to package two expensive players for one of your expensive guys and a cheaper guy.
Basically, anyone priced over .10 is available (though to varying degrees – in general, the more expensive, the more available). That would be the following:
