Man, it's so quiet that I can hear the tumbleweeds blow through the forum. So in an effort to bring back all the guys preparing for their football draft, let's see if this title shakes things up a little. ;D
Well, thanks to Dave's note in the Report this week, I know now that Rich is going on 40 instead of 45 or 50 like I thought he was.
Speaking of our Commish, sorry about sneaking Duffy out from underneath ya, but I think you got a nice little consolation prize in Davies. I'd been toying around with the idea of putting a bid on him but always put it off another week. Joining Dave in the no-FAAB club is Steve "Victor Diaz is going to be a star, DAMMIT" Olson. Is it odd for owners to be out of FAAB this early in the season? Enquiring minds want to know .... BTW, I'm saving my last remaining pennies for a couple of guys who hopefully will be up before Sept 1. I hope they turn out to be another Mike Jacobs and not Junior Spivey.
Finally, my apologies to Bob and the rest of the crew on the bottom of the roster sheet. I never did get around to reviewing the rest of the draft. If I try it again next year, I'll have to lead with you guys first. That alone should be incentive enough for Nick, Dave and Kenny to come back, right guys?
