I came across this in a thread on RotoJunkie (yes, I'm not getting a whole lot of work done today at the office):
Not that the CFCL doesn't have contingencies in place to guard against dumping and apathy—or that this is even a pressing problem, but I found the idea of awarding some nominal cash prize for winning various sub-contests to be interesting. I don't recall the topic coming up back in the day when we discussed anti-dumping strategies so thought I'd offer it as something to ruminate on over the course of this season.

A couple of years ago, Shandler had a panel about just this same subject. I had always intended to post something about it, but just forgot. I think I still have the handout laying around somewheres. Maybe I can dig it up and add a couple of other suggestions. Mahalo
