Holy Criky! Just got home and check the live stats for Saturday -- 20 RBI for the Ruffins? Yowza, that's a total we've not seen since the offensive hey day of the late 80s. And the Lambchops were just behind them with 16 ribbies in one day.
Looks like they did most of the damage of the DoorMatts (18.47 ERA), Splinters (10.80), and - of course - the Copperfields (10.50).
Too bad this is a short week with the All Star Game -- the Ruffins and Chops might have had a shot at a new weekly record.

Don't pay too much attention to that number. Thanks to the magic of TQS live stats, Jose Valentin's 7 RBI was doubled because he played in two games. This always happens with double headers. First the first game is in there. Then it gets wiped out and the second game gets put in there. Then, sometime around the end of the night, the second game just gets doubled. Happens every time.

I beg to differ. It's not too often that Dave, the commish, has a DOH moment. That should lead off the 9 o' clock news IMHO. Mahalo Matt
